GLASS theme — shield · teal + amber (2026-09-14 approved redesign)
ShieldAI — the privacy tool. Originally a single steel-blue family taken
straight from the brand mark (#7CA6F7 highlight / #2557B0 shade); the mark
itself is untouched (static/brand/mark.svg, static/vendor/brand), but the
INTERFACE accent is rotated to this ecosystem's restrained cyan/amber pair
per the approved glass redesign, so ShieldAI's workspace reads as one family
with the other glass-skinned projects while its own shield mark keeps its
original blue as a fixed logotype colour (a mark is allowed to hold still
while the chrome around it moves).

Nine numbers. No structure. The lightness ladder, the radii, the type scale,
the motion curve and the four state hues all come from src/tokens.css and are
not visible from here — which is why a theme cannot break them. tokens.css's
own commentary is explicit that this ladder already clears its contrast
ceilings "at every hue... shared by a crimson, a teal and an emerald" — this
theme only rotates H, keeping L and |C| exactly where the shared ladder
   expects them.

     hue 195 (teal/cyan) primary, 74 (amber/gold) secondary — the two hues
the mockup at redesigns/shieldai.html was built against.
chroma UNCHANGED from the prior steel-blue theme's magnitudes, on purpose:
only the hue moved, so the previously-measured contrast shape is
            preserved rather than re-guessed.
L NOT HERE. Lightness is what contrast is made of, so it belongs to
            the system. See tokens.css §1.3-1.4.

Verified by: node scripts/contrast.mjs — that script is not vendored into
this app repo (only tokens.css/primitives.css/themes/*.css are), so this
hue rotation has NOT been independently re-measured here. Re-run it from
the source design-system repo before treating this as a new certified
theme; until then this rests on tokens.css's own stated hue-independence
of the ladder rather than a fresh printed ratio.
